DESCRIPTION : StarBlaze MIG 316L is an extra low carbon 19 Cr/ 12 Ni/ 3 Mo type stainless steel solid wire similar in composition to ER 316L. Suitable for the welding or surfacing of having similar compositions. The weld metal has excellent creep strength upto 850°C. Ferrite controlled between 5 to 10%. The weld metal has excellent crack resistance, intergranular corrosion and creep resistance properties. Excellent mechanical properties and resistance to chemical corrosion.
SIZE RANGE : 0.60 mm to 1.60 mm (0.025” to 0.062”)
FINISH : Bright Finish, Matte Finish, Semi Bright/Matte Finish
